Personally, I trust Donphan. I know payback got nerfed but he carries SR, Rapid spin AND Ice shard, which is important for hitting all the dragons that will soon be terrorizing your very existance. I know it's not strong, but it's still nice to have.

Anyone expecting a sweep with Mence should carry a sun counter, Mainly due to Cresselia and moonlight heal boost in sunlight.

Cresselia. On a sun team, you should already have a tyranitar counter and a fire type for scizor. Besides, she resists fighting & is immune to earthquake, and with 120/120/130 defenses plus moonlight in the sun, you're practically untouchable.

Maybe you should mention Dugtrio? I've used him to great sucess in revenge killing Tyranitar, who would otherwise mutilate sun teams.
