I only have Local Area Connection and Tunngle in there. Don't see Wireless Network Connection. :(

I have Local Area Connection in network connections enabled and my internet is connected with an ethernet cable. I also have Tunngle in network connections which I used for other games and it says "network cable unplugged" for that one.

I have wireless internet on and I'm using a cord for the internet.

Yes I did that and it said The hosted network mode has been set to allow

I keep getting this error when I click start hotspot... "The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation" Anyone know how to fix it? I already tried the stuff on the first page.
