    You're my hero for saying that. Whenever I am told to list the advantages of Macs over Windows that argument comes up every time I say that Macs have less viruses. I'm definitely not a computer expert, but I can get by with decent knowledge.

    well looks like you're getting a lot of advice. If you're training to do a marathon really you should run about 3-4 miles a day for 4 days in a week. You should have one day of rest and 2 days with either fast runs, running up hills, or just a plain old workout kind of thing...that's not my area...
