I'd like to get back into standard Ou play and possibly once I get the hang of things again try out for some tournaments and what not. First I have to learn what Pokemon are good again.- Nmr

Hello everyone. Its been a long time since I last played competitive Pokemon. I started back in 2007 and used to play on smogon's shoddy battle server. I stopped playing late 2009.
