    You said you wanted to replace Absol with a guy with priority and superpower - If i were you I would try Azumarill, its amazing! Azumarill @ Choice Band 236HP /252Atk /20Spd - Aqua Jet - Superpower - Waterfall - Return It's just the standard Choice Band.
