You would think they'd specify that it only works for that turn somewhere, I can't seem to find anywhere that says that.

Pretty sure I found a bug with Ion Deluge, apparently if you use a normal move on a ghost type it still doesn't affect it, even though it's supposed to be changed to an electric type move. here's a replay: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/1v1-164321111 and if you say the effect only lasts one...
