So I have been out of the loop since the end of BW2. What is this Pokebank I hear people talk about? It seems to be some sort of feature that allows us to get access to Pokemon not part of XY; does that mean XY can't trade backwards, like Ruby/Sapphire? Also, does Pokemon Showdown! use Pokebank?

40 HP EVs yields 281 HP, which is incredibly sub-optimal for a Life Orb users. 8 of those EVs should be moved elsewhere, as it's inferior in all cases to 32 HP EVs after 2 attacks (probably to SpD for insurance against Download)
