Definitely leaning toward scarfed rotom > starmie. But most people don't know starmie is scarfed so it doesn't get set up on as much if stuck in rapid spin. Rotom still seems better though

Thanks for the advice! I've changed the ev's on jirachi and lucario has not been a problem since. I will try the CBflygon. I just love the speed and if starmie goes down early I always have CSflygon. Speed in this metagame is very important but I can see the redundancy. I will test and switch...
