I'd suggest to remove Wobbuffet from Gen2 random battles. It isn't bad, it just single-handedly makes each fight incredibly tedious if its opponent can't thief its leftovers. Even if someone has spikes, the omnipresence of leftovers in gen2 often forces a situation where both players' optimal...
