You're dealing with a lot of hypothetical situations. It CAN carry Fire Blast, it CAN have a cleric, but in most common situations it won't have either of those. I mentioned the chance to 2HKO after SR.. Also, I've NEVER seen Fire Blast on MegaKhan, so I don't know what that's all about.

I actually love the idea of outspeeding Lucario..looks like I'm making a few more of these than I had first anticipated. Though it should be noted, for Lv50, you need 188 Spe EVs to outspeed Jolly Lucario.
