    Indeed it is in their TOS, right near the top. But, as was said previously, it's near impossible to enforce.

    Gyro Ball is on Bronzong to take advantage of the veeeeeeeeery low speed stat it has. And yeah they're almost all shinies, this is on Shoddy and in these Pokemons' cases the shiny sprites were better.
