As one of the avid player of 1v1 metagame, I say perish song should NOT get banned. It's not really hard to counter it, tbh. For people who says perish song overcentralize the meta, the same goes to kyurem-b, mawile-mega, etc. If you dont have counter for them in your team, you lose. And also...

The problems with golem is he cant do anything to mega mawile and mega gyarados, two of the common pokes in this metagame. Rock Blast (I assume you use it) also has a shaky accuracy, and one miss usually cost you game. Golem also lose to skill link abilities while all skill link moves is not...
