In this generation, you can relearn egg moves. My friend just made his Eevee forget Wish and then used a Water Stone on it and, upon checking with the Move Relearner, Vaporeon could learn Wish again.

Naughty doesn't lower speed; it lowers special defense. It's Naughty because it uses Fire Blast and it doesn't want to lose any power on it.
