    If you want to outspeed other Nidoqueen, take 4 EVs from SpA and put them into Spe. If you really want a status absorber, you could drop either Drapion or Kabutops and put in a Guts Swellow. That way you could have monster attacking power on this team, and change Rotom to another version.

    First of all, Venusaur needs more Hidden Power Psychic. This allows it to hit Weezing, the Nidos, and Toxicroak, who otherwise wall your set. HP Ice should only be used if you want to go with Scarf-Saur, which is a viable option, as this team lacks speed. Sludge Bomb is better than Sleep Talk...
