My first day ended with a 12-3 (W-L) record. The last few matches were difficult so I'm guessing the second day will be interesting. Cresselia might be the most common Pokemon among the competitive teams.

Is this guide still useful in ORAS? Using this applet: http://pokestudio.altervista.org/defevs.php I get that for a level 50 Piloswine with 252 Attack EVs, Adamant nature, and equipped with Eviolite (+1 modifier on both defenses). I should give it 132 HP, and 124 SpD EVs to maximize both...

My last day results are 38-22. I wish I had done better. If I had won my last match my score would have been above 1700. Unfortunately, I picked Sawk against his Aegislash =/

I ended up 14-6 on the first day. Sawk is performing very well, Azumarill won some times as well but if the opponent leads with something slower like Snorlax I just forfeit.
