Personally, i think bello is MAYBE a C tier mon at best. There are so many fire types in the tier and the bulk just wont really cut it in PU, not to mention the awful speed. Strength sap is nice ig but we have better defensive grasses, and better qd sweepers. Oricorio and gyara were different...
