Resource DPP Simple Questions, Simple Answers Thread
From dpp onwards, tiers are locked when a new gen drops. The metagame evolves, and broken stuff such as dug or machamp still gets banned, but overall the tiers keep the same mons. Hell, dug is banned from OU but still allowed in UU iirc. Electivire and other junk were OU by usage because ladder... -
