Flawless non shiny are not difficult at all,but you need to use keypresses most of the time.If you use up to 3 keypresses you will be able to find seeds at frame 1

Are you looking for a shiny spread?If so you might need to search in crazy years.Also there are HP ice spreads with 31 speed iv,in case you don't want to lower it

If you are using a synchronizer or not.Check out RNG Reporter if the frame you want is syncable or not Well just use the radio and after some advances call Elm/Irwin to locate your frame and when you are about -10 from target frame use calls again 189 frame is not really that high with radio...
