    I don't know any numbers, but from personal experience, I've burned through 400+ Watts trying to get a '!!!' in Yellow Forest. When I finally did get one, it ran because I tried evading too much. No, Ditto keeps it's current stats after transforming.

    When tired, I usually find something to do absent minded like watching tv or listening to music. I just let my mind wander and before I know it I'm asleep. If I'm bored or depressed, I play wall-ball (lacrosse). I just got an actual goal for my birthday and can't wait to try it out.

    Or you could put it into the Daycare to gain a few levels. Be careful with Egg Moves, however, as they won't hesitate to delete Egg Moves for a "better" move.
