I know in most of the old in-game tier list we gave each pokemon a small write-up. Don't know if we'll ever get to that, but if we could just put details like update requirements, Island Scanning or Poke Pelago in the writeups it could make tiering less complicated.

I doubt the shifts will really be that pronounced - Abra and Cubone may go up a tier, but the rest is just Battle Spot stuff. And Abra was doing pretty well already.

Acrobatics and high speed, mostly. I think it's a bit overtiered but I haven't used it enough to really comment.

People tend to forget this, but Talonflame's base attack is actually really bad at 81. It's only 1 point ahead of Golbat, and 9 points behind Crobat. I agree with Giratina93. Plus the Popplio in the speedrun wasn't even just overleveled, it was getting pumped up with X-stat items for most major battles. Almost any pokemon will seem like a god when it has plenty of item support and 8-10 levels over the competition - speedrunners use starters...
