So, I am not a massive fan of Dragapult myself, so my personal choice would be to swap it for the standard Scarf Hydreigon set which allows you to do big damage to the Aegislash you're scared of, Fire blast or flamethrower an unboosted Bisharp (I dunno if +2 sucker even kills Hydreigon at full)...
