just saw this and this is pretty late, but you might want to mention how specially defensive tyranitar forms a great partnership with amoonguss. they both cover each other's weaknesses.

if you don't like legendaries, how about a choice banded tyranitar. he can pursuit trap talonflame and still provide power to your team. you could either try him or a standard specially defensive tyranitar with rocks , stab moves and then coverage.

i personally would replace starmie with the now a days common two life orb attacking, defog and healing wish latias. she is a lot bulkier than starmie, pretty much guarantees your team rapid spin support and she can pretty much revive one of your pokes with healing wish. here is the set i use...

this team looks like it really doesn't like the op bird named talonflame. i would change the conkeldurr to a specially defensive heatran with roar. the heatran will take the pressure off rotom and provide your team with stealth rock support because you don't have rocks on this team.

jolly mamoswine is used to outspeed base 70s which is pretty important. with jolly it can outspeed pokemon like breloom.
