You could consider running Mewtwo in place of Arceus. I know it doesn't beat Arceus-Ghost one on one but it can prevent the latter from setting up, since Psystrike does around 60%. It can revenge kill most CM Arceus forms that are sitting at less than 60%, or dent them so Dialga can clean up...

Oops, I meant you can run different types of E-killer sets depending on what you prefer. I personally go for max hp but max speed allows you to tie with arceus-ghost and most likely outspeed other E-killers. That statement wasn't too clear anyway. Even a non hp-invested Arceus can survive a lot...
