Right now im trying to give mafia the least chances of them being able to do something at night to give the invests as much time as possible, and I consider that mafia has the least chances of doing something tonight if we simply no vote.

In a 10/4 game? I dont know what the host considers solving, but for me solving is using the investigatives as much as possible. If the investigatives suck we will have to do it the old fashioned way and just guess based on vibes though

As for the second thing you said, Yes. there's a higher chance of us hitting a mafia by voting today, but its still a 4/14 or approximately a 30%, the chance of hitting a townie is higher. And trust me you do not want to play a 4/8

If the condition is that mafia requires town to not vote, that condition is easily fulfilled every day after by us, but this is an interesting approach. They could have roles that stop people from voting to synergize with this. I think I'll still bet for my idea though.

so you want us to better missvote a townie which is possibly one of the roles you're waiting for (aka doctor, jk or vig) (this is not accounting that all roles have something to do with votes anyways so those roles are possibly not even real) and then blindly go into day 2 with a townie less?
