I have a post-scizor; right now it has: w/ megastone Adamant 252 ATK/252 Speed/4 HP - Bug Bite - Bullet Punch - Superpower - U-turn though, something tells me something is off about it; but anyway... should I replace anything for Roost? Or should I go more for an Adamant 252hp. 16 atk. 240 sp.D?

Looks like the nature here is between Adamant and Careful. ( abuse of bulk as oppose to improve on its abysmal base attack ) Looks like the boost here is either; Coil, Dragon Dance, or both. ( but why use both, was there good evidence that both was better than 2x of an individual? ) Looks like...

You'd only care about it's Special Attack if you wanted to run Shadow Ball to break into a physical wall. Does anyone have a more definite EV spread for a Geomancy Xerneas? I just caught a 31/10/30/31/30/31 Modest. The one topic in the ubers' section doesn't seem too well kept with incoming...

I have a 5IV (no spA) that I was thinking of using. So if I were to use Sword Dance or Automize; that would still switch me out of Shield forme? Luckily... I have a handful of 4IV (no spA/spe) that I could end up using.
