    Dry skin isn't supposed to be descriptive, it's meant more like a verb. As in, if the pokemon's skin dries, it gets hurt. Like what happens to the pokemon that have dry skin. Unreleased drought sounds pretty good. I don't think this guy need another ability, and by making the DW ability...
