It seems like your team's weak to zapdos, be it either defensive or offensive =P I'd suggest to replace hippowdon with blissey because it mostly just hurts your team with that sandstorm, and only one other immunity to it, but it seems like you have a very strong attachment to it xD

I don't know about sub on champ. Champ usually takes a hit or two before it attacks and by then what's the point of subbing up?

i've battled many gyaras...i usually scare em off with Porygon. it can still t-bolt gyarados after a Ddance. And only three pokemon carry blizzard, again it's boosted by Hail, it's 100% and it hits a lot of pokemon for neutral or super effective...

Well, your team seems quite offensive, despite all the immunities. You might want to make vaporeon a bulky water, to help along celebi, being basically the only wall on this team.
