About Freeze Shock, it's actually better on the sub sets, just sayin. It uses the same principle as sub-focus punch and is therefore more effective on sub variants of cube, losing a sub is better than losing your pokemon. I would suggest you mention it on the sub set rather than the choice...

I use Crobat on my stall team to prevent Mega Heracross being a problem since the most difficult variants run sub and 3 attacks, it's a massive threat to stall teams due to it's sheer power being able to break through even the most defensive mons. I've faced Mega Heracross now about 3 times...
