I dont really know much about stall, but I'd like to suggest that you change the EV spread of Hitmontop to HP 252/Def 200/Sp.Def 56 with an impish nature since (In my opinion) he is very offensively EV'd for a stall team, and since Cleffable has Wish I'd drop Rest and give Hitmontop Sucker Punch...
