How this was ever nommed to fucking S i'll never know. Sure the meta was slower 3 months ago but even then i'd never think wow this will solve my issues when building balance. Anyway, vap should probably drop to A- at best. The current more offensive meta doesn't let it thrive at all aka sitting...
