The fact that hes using two special based chlorophyll sweepers is a problem in itslef because it compounds weaknesses. Heatran covers weaknesses, provides a way to beat dragon types(with air balloon so that ground attacks won't kill it)

i suggest replacing victreebel with heatran. its fire type moves are powered up under sun plus sawsbuk and saur bait out fire type attacks. Furthermore, venusaur and victreebel basically do the same thing, and just compound ur weakness to fire type.
