ok, will as soon as i find my 3ds
  2. Move Misty/Electric/Grassy Terrain

The poke still has to toch the ground to get the health boost, ill set up the terrain with flor and then test with venasaur. These moves do seem to be complicated
  3. Xerneas

if you are running mixed, horn leech might help deal with a couple of pokes where it is SE and will be able to restore a fair chunk of xerneas' HP due to it being one of the most powerful HP restoring attacks
  4. Xerneas

in doubles, you could put a comparatively weak poke in with it. then, while the enemy tries desperately to kill xernie, the other one subs and quietly stat boosts to ridiculous levels in the background. so, when xernie finally keels over, the other one annihilates their team with wide moves like...
  5. Xerneas

good point, but you are giving up a space in your team for something which is otherwise pretty useless :/
  6. Xerneas

how about arceus-fire or, if they try to counter with aegi/gengar/any other ghost, you could even use ditto?
  7. Xerneas

it is possible to use a physical deyoxys-A, I found that one (surprisingly) good move he could use was grass knot, as it usually got a OHKO on kyogre and groudon. (it is SE on both and they are extremely heavy) Deyoxys also has a decent physical movepool with a few fire moves to kill steel...
  8. Xerneas

maybe mega gengar, with it's ridiculous speed stat, could stand a chance at OHKOing Xerneas with sludge bomb. It would also be fully resistant to espeed thereby acting as a viable counter for both of those sweepers. i guess it depends on which is faster; unboosted Xerneas or Gengar?
  9. Pokémon Gengar

s scarf is just to outspeed, and i dont know which pokes have infiltrator but i guess you could use one of them to get round the sub. also, i think it would be possible to encore substitute if you knew it was coming, leaving them trapped fora few turns, allowing you to boost your spped so you...
  10. Xerneas

Aside from the obvious "use geomancy then sweep" tactic, you can also use choice specs with moonblast. As the opponent will expect at least one free turn while Xerneas uses Geomancy they will be unprepared for a turn 1 attack. even though you will not get the +2 attack boost, you will still get...

    More Xerneases?
  12. Pokémon Gengar

what is mega gengar's defence? if it is as low as regular gengar's, would a STAB psychic from a CS alakazam or starmie not do the trick? Also, here is another counter that will either force them to switch out or allow you to destroy gengar and get your own sweeper out. Smeargle @ focus sash...
  13. Move Nuzzle

Although in the lower tiers, this could be a perfect sash killer when combined w/ electro ball. It would also (if the user was sashed) be good for helping get rid of enemy sweepers and tanks.
  14. Move Misty/Electric/Grassy Terrain

no, it was florges and it still got the health boost every turn. either seribii is lying or my measurements were off. will run the test again. btw it IS possible to have weather and terrain in effect at once therefore it is perfectly possible for a 100% accuracy STAB boosted terrain boosted...
  15. Move Nuzzle

i feel that a raichu combo with Atk/252 spd/252 using a nuzzle to massively lower speed and then whack them with a powerful electro ball might work in NU as a sash counter. if the paralysis effect causes them to be unable to move then that will essentially give you a free KO
