Hmm, I actually was considering a LO Gyarados, but my friend suggested the bulky version. Maybe with some other people's choices of Gyara will I then make my decision. So now it comes down to what I should have, LO Gyara or Bulky?

For the record, when you see the abbreviation 'SpD', it stands for Special Defense, not Speed. 'Spd' is speed; special defense has a capital D in it. He was referring to putting those EV's into your special defense already.
