Actually, no. Timer0 changes randomly between two values, usually, but not due to new Save Files. DS Parameters are set between the GAME and DS, not the Save File.

Thank you. Edit: Does walking INTO grass advance the PID Frame or does it only advance by walking FROM grass? I have a Frame picked out at 102, so would I walk in at 100 and then Sweet Scent or walk in at 102 and Sweet Scent?
