This is my idea on it: Cresselia is known as the lunar pokemon while Lunatone is clearly shaped like a moon. The move in question is called Moonblast. Wouldn't those two lunar pokemon also get a move related to the moon? Although, I may be overlooking something big...

It seems like most of your qualms revolve around their designs. I think Mega Salamence's flavor is questionable, too. Although, competitive-wise, I think they'll be alright. Altaria as (what sounds like) a wall, Salamence being a bulky, fast sweeper-type, and Lopunny being a cleaner.

To answer your first question, I had a similar problem on my tablet. Although, I don't remember it being an inch above where I click. I do remember that mega evolving was a pain :/
