Very very minor mistake, but you have Focus Blast listed as the third slot, not fourth. Also I would mention that only Vaporeon without Hydration are useful to toxic against, since the rain will almost certainly be up when Politoed is out.

Small nitpick, but you have 4 extra EV's in Sp. Atk on the spread.

Donphan isn't a very good partner for Rotom-W, since they both have a grass weakness and Donphan doesn't deal with most of Rotom-W's counters well.

It's probably pretty gimmicky, but would a Focus Sash on Ditto work? With choice scarf being the most popular set, it can be a good bluff if the opponent switches out. Also if you lose the speed tie vs mons such as Terrakion and Salamence, you can still live and KO back.

Now that Volcarona learns Roost and Giga Drain, deciding on a moveset is hard now. :/ I'm thinking a bulky Volcarona with Fiery Dance/Giga Drain/Roost/Quiver Dance is good, but it loses out on a valuable Bug STAB. What will everybody else be running?

Even though Volcarona and Dragonite both hate Stealth Rock, you don't need two rapids spinners, it's just a waste. I would recommend replacing one of them.
