    I might sound like a bit of a newb saying this, but how do I use the stats on the main smogon site? I mean, are those the recommended stats the pokemon should have at lv. 100? lv. 50? I'm kind of confused. If it is for lvl 100 how should I know what to do when I hatch the pokemon at lv.1? Thanks...
