give vaporeon HP electric, and go with hippowdon, you don't have a sure fire gyarados counter w/o vaporeon, and with hippowdon, you have a fairly effective heracross counter with metagross/hippowdon, and now you have a garchomp counter. And if you use sandstorm, you should abuse he special...

you could give HP electric to sceptile and give metagross ice punch, ofcourse you should give metagross ground reduction berry so that he can actully attack them b4 he gets owned by garchomp earthquake
