Honestly, Golbat is a beast in the lower tiers. Unless you have something hard hitting, you're toast.

The only problem with changing the cutoff now would be that the lower tiers would change drastically, which might cause some problems for UU.

Are any of the birds bulky enough to abuse Roost+Toxic? I know Golbat is, but I haven't heard much of any others... (Tranquill hits over 300 defense with Eviolite boost and a positive nature+Ev's...)

If NU is created soon, it's gonna be full of some beasts. Things like Beedrill, Ledian, and Furret are going to have a hard time fitting in anywhere.

Maybe if the tiers get sorted out more it'll settle in NU well. Being able to hit with super-effective damage on electric types is something no other bird can do.
