When you are in the Sinjoh ruins and encounter either palkia/dialga/giratina. Does the frame advance when you step into the middle of the the circle things. What are the monster frames for the three? Does cynthia talking advance the frame?

So I get that I have to RNG for Suicune later, but does his frame affect my RNG'ing for Raikou/Entei when I am in the burnt tower?
