I honestly think Hawlucha should be A/A+. Rillaboom is a solid mon in its own right having strong priority and grassy terrain support is valuable even outside of grassy seed unburden, so it's a lot less strenuous on team building than running Indeedee who is basically only used in psychic spam...

Building with off meta pokemon is certainly something you can do, but you really need to have a solid grasp of what you’re doing to make it work. If you want to use Metagross, try playing RU, I hear its pretty great there.
