Why not add a report button so when they see a inappropriate or offending avatars, they can immediately report the person

Can we add more new or customizable sprites? Like we can find a avatar sprite at google or somewhere and we can use them for battling so it would look cool or a system where we can make our own sprites, Cause i want to have this avatar sprite
