A Timid Gengar with a Special Attack IV of 16 can have a max Special Attack of 345, correct? Because I just bred a Timid Gastly with a perfect speed IV , and relatively good in every thing else except for a 16 in special attack.
Ok... I can't decide between the two. I thought I would max Defense because it seemed like there are more Physical attackers than Special Attackers. But yeah, I guess I'll take your advice and go for Special Defense.
Would Umbreon be more effective if you just max out either Sp. Defense or Defense rather than try to split them evenly? I am going to put 252 Evs in Hp but should I put like 132 in Defense and 120 in Sp. Defense. Or should I just do 252 HP and then either 252 Defense or 252 Sp. Defense?

When breeding for an egg move and good IVs, should you try to breed for the IVs first, or the egg move. For example, I am trying to get a Squirtle with Haze and good IV's, should I try to get a female Squirtle with good IV's and then breed it with a male one with Haze? Sorry if it is a noob...
Could somebody give me a link to the place where it has a chart and/or information about the small description about the pokemon. For example, I think "likes to thrash about" means the pokemon has a 31 Attack IV. I remember seeing the information somewhere before but I can't seem to remember...
