    Yikes thats a bad sign lol Have you tried using the command 'netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow' in CMD? Do you just get an error? :( Oh well network cards are cheap. The command does nothing - while it says it's set to allow, since my network card sadly doesn't support hosted network...

    Oh - so it's not a typo? My mistake! Also, see the cmd below for why I know I can't use a virtual adapter. It IS the miniport adapter you're referring to, yeah? The virtual one?

    It's ncap.cpl - looks like a typo. Also, my wireless card (with the latest drivers) sadly don't support the Windows virtual adapter, if that's what you're referring to? EDIT: Mistake in wording. It doesn't support Hosted Network Mode. I ran the netsh wlan show drivers command in cmd.
