I played as much as I could over the requirements just to be sure I hade enough background to make an argument. My conclusion: Gengarite is not uncompetitive and for so, should not be banned.

In my opinion, the Gengarite is not an uncompetitive element of the Ubers metagame that threatens its integrity within the current paradigm of the Ubers tier.
