    You can lose pokemon doing it, however as long as you ask for crazy impossible trades it should work fine (like lvl 9 dialga, just watch out for jerk hackers that will take you up on that offer) It is ridiculously difficult in that there is currently no set in stone manner to do it.     If you get hit during focus punch it just says "X lost it's focus" So I think that it doesn't activate the ability.

    Focus sash activates when you go from max hp to 0, since it's max HP is 1 it automatically activates, however I don't think that it applies to Sandstream/Burn/Poison.

    Actually, assuming your Trick Room pokmon is faster than the enemy, wouldn't trick room take effect right away and force Shuck to go next? Or does trick room have a speed modifier?

    The battle tower has some of the good TM's, other than that breeding chains? Oh and to Harle I am pretty sure that The 4 moves you mentioned are not blocked by substitute and that Cressy is right now in between, could go either way.. (Personally I'm leaning towards uber)

    Metronome Boosts a move's power by 10% every time it is used consecutively, with a cap of 200%. The boost is lost when a different move is selected. So I kind of want to use that on a blissey, to tank and then get some crazy luck.
