How do I get latios? I've looked on youtube googled guides and everything it says to get the national pokedex (which I have) then go to the vermillion fan club and do the copycat girl quest thing. I cannot do it and when I left the fan club the dude didn't show up... what's going on?

I got a question I downloaded this before I got my latios I own SS and apparently there is suppose to be an event after I leave the fan club in vermillion city so I can catch latios I have to visit the copycat girl and get her doll etc etc... this isn't working so by downloading this event have...

I can't be bothered with huge long story driven posts so... Basically I came here because a friend of mine who plays Pokémon told me about it. He said this website has rules of online battles and tiers and what not... Competitive battles interest me so I'd like to learn the rules and banned...

I have a suggestion, why not make a part of the forum where you can introduce yourself?
