I changed the netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow, restarted the program and my computer.

Instacheck Hotspot -- a fast Pokémon checker for XY

Alright so I did everything and it worked perfectly once, then I tried to do it again and I can't get it to work. This keeps showing up: The service cannot accept control messages at this time. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070425) Any suggestions?
