NFE pokemon can be used in any tier, provided they are not listed on that tier's banlist (Ubers for OU, BL for UU, etc.) Sheer force removes the recoil from Life Orb, but does not remove any other sort of recoil.

This is incorrect. Though there is heal bell tutor in HGSS, you can't use him to teach it to Dragonite. Dragonite can only learn the move by being purified in Pokemon XD for the Gamecube, meaning Heal Bell is incompatible with 4th gen egg moves.

Whether you're right or wrong only matters AFTER the play has been made. How likely you are to be right or wrong is what matters before the play is made, and in Hip's example, you have more "correct" options "incorrect" options, meaning you have a higher chance of making the right prediction...

You're exaggerating quite a lot. Take a spin through the RMT archives, and you'll see that even some of the RMTs that are considered the best of all time offer only a brief paragraph about the purpose of each pokemon, and then a threat list detailing the team's plans against most major threats...

I'm trying to get a Boomlax from the Pokewalker, and I can see how to get the IVs I want now, but how would I go about getting a specific desired nature? Or do I just have to keep resetting until the nature is right? EDIT: I plugged seed B010049 into RNG reporter using Wondercard IV generation...
