Honestly there's a bigger elephant in the room with Pet Mods tiers and bugs - some of these tiers aren't well-defined enough for the playerbase to know if a mechanic is intended or not. Sometimes bugs are actually oversights that are not communicated clearly in the rules, sometimes they don't...
